Borussia Dortmund’s Emre Can is thrilled to see Jadon Sancho returning to the club and believes that the Manchester United winger will make a significant contribution to the team.
Can emphasizes that Sancho is Dortmund’s game-changer, describing him as ‘extremely talented.’
Sancho was sidelined from the Manchester United first-team last August following a disagreement with manager Erik ten Hag.
The 23-year-old is poised to depart from the Red Devils and make a return to Dortmund during the January transfer window.
He is expected to rejoin Dortmund on a six-month loan deal, with the Bundesliga club paying a nominal loan fee and only a fraction of his salary.
A deal is nearing completion, with Sancho hoping to join Dortmund on their training camp in Marbella next week.
Commenting on the potential transfer, Can expressed to Sky Sports Germany, “Personally, I would be extremely happy because I think highly of him and I am confident that his arrival will benefit us.
“But I do not have the exact details on whether he is definitely coming or not.
“Nevertheless, it would be wonderful if he did return. He has the ability to change a game. He consistently delivers goals and assists and he will undoubtedly strengthen our team if he rejoins us.
“He possesses remarkable talent and is undeniably a game-changer.”
